So, we’re doing all we can do to keep All Home Use here for you by following all Government guide lines. It is advised that online retail stay open for the good of the economy, to protect jobs and help people stay home so you will see some changes to delivery options and the All Home Use website. What are your shipping times now that this pandemic has occurred?

As we all know we have been hit with a crisis, and it has slowed down our shipping times quite a bit. So, expect as long as up to 30 days for your purchase to arrive. We do apologise for the inconvenience! But we are continuously working on a way to bring back faster shipping times for our All Home Use.

Where do you ship from/where is your inventory held?

All of our inventory is based in The United States and is also shipped from there. 


Are these items sold in retailers?

No, all items in our store are exclusive All Home Use items and can only be purchased on our website.

I have not yet received the confirmation email, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not yet received your order confirmation email after 24 hours , please contact us at support@allhomeuse.com with your enquiry.

Can I track my order?
